Cancellation Policy

We have reserved time and space especially for you. If you cannot make your appointment please let us know.  Cancellations less than 24hrs before the appointment time will be charged 50% of the service. No shows will be charged 50% of the service. If you arrive to your appointment sick or with any condition that contraindicates treatment, you will be rescheduled. If you run late to your appointment your time will be cut short or the appointment will be rescheduled and the 50% charge with apply. By booking, you authorize this business to 
charge your credit card should any of the above apply.
Consultation Policy

Our treatments are medical aesthetics and can only be performed by providers. For this reason, all new clients require a one-time consultation to determine the most appropriate treatment. The fee can be used towards treatment-related only to the consultation. All future treatments are billed at the time of scheduling and paid in full based on the consultation agreement. The above cancellation policy applies to treatments. If clients choose not to move forward with treatment, the consultation fee is non-refundable.
